Trish and Glen are involved with the reduction of earthquake-caused damage and injury by movement of furniture and furnishings in California public buildings, especially hospitals. A legislative mandate requires hospital have objects that can fall on patients be fixed so they cannot fall or move.

Trish is a director of Safe-T-Proof Seismic Mitigation Company, and id known by Fox News LA as “The Earthquake Lady.” She has spent the last several years teaching seismic readiness and disaster preparedness in California, and has appeared on dozens of television broadcasts.

Trish is also a member of the Cascadia Region Earthquake Workgroup, a FEMA-funded non-profit dedicated to preparedness in the Pacific Northwest including Vancouver and Alaska.
